CAMC focused issue in honour of
Rémi Abgrall's 61st birthday
To celebrate the 61st birthday of Professor Rémi Abgrall, and in
conjunction with this conference "Essentially hyperbolic problems:
unconventional numerics, and applications", there will be a
focused issue in the journal "Communications on Applied Mathematics
and Computation" (CAMS
link).
The guest editors for this focused issue are:
- Walter Boscheri, University of Ferrara, Italy
- Francisco (Paco) Chinesta, ENSAM Institute of Technology, France
- Raphaël Loubère, Institut de Mathématiques de Bordeaux, France
- Siddhartha Mishra, ETH Zurich, Switzerland
- Gabriella Puppo, La Sapienza Università di Roma, Italy
- Mario Ricchiuto, INRIA, France
- Chi-Wang Shu, Brown University, USA.
Papers in this focused issue can be in any areas covered by the
journal (modeling, applied analysis, numerical analysis and scientific
computing). Both original research and review papers are welcome.
Submissions will be subject to the standard review process of CAMC
papers.
An intention to submit a paper should be sent to Prof. Chi-Wang

by September 15, 2022. The deadline for
manuscript submission is January 31, 2023. Papers can be submitted at
the journal website above. Please indicate the submission is for the
focused issue in honor of Prof. Rémi Abgrall on the occasion of his 61st
birthday during the submission process (when asked whether the submission
belongs to a special issue). Papers accepted will be immediately
published "online first" as soon as the typesetting process is over, and
the assembled issue(s) will be put together after all papers in the
focused issue(s) are ready.
